Pink rosy color, with fresh fruity aromas of strawberry and red grapefruit. This wine is part of a limited series produced from grape varieties which excel in the hot Israeli climate. Rich taste that combines both fruitiness and acidity.

The wine goes well with a wide range of Mediterranean cuisine.

Wine production

Gentle pressing and fermentation at a low temperature in stainless steel vats. The Grenache spent 24 hours with its skins, before pressing. The other grapes were pressed immediately.
