Produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the Upper Galilee.
After fermentation and maceration on its skins, the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, followed by a further 12 months of maturation in the bottles.

This wine displays a deep purple color with blackberry aromas, cassis and aucalyptus . Full bodied with a long and balanced finish.

Food pairing

A good accompaniment to meat dishes,winter casseroles, steaks, pastas with a meat sauce or sheep and goat cheeses.
