General

Produced from 100% Gewurztraminer grapes. After a short maceration on its skins, the grapes were gently pressed and the juice was fermented at a low temperature to retain the aromas of the grapes. The wine continued its maturation in stainless steel vats for a further three months.

Tasting notes

This wine displays a golden green color with aromas of lychee and roses. Medium to full bodied with balanced acidity.

Food pairing

A good accompaniment to smoked cheddar cheese, chicken curry cooked in a coconut cream sauce or choucroute garni.
