Produced from Grenache and Tempranillo grapes grown in the region of the Judean Hills.
After a short maceration on its skins, the grapes were gently pressed, followed by fermentation of the juice in stainless steel vats to retain the grapes' aromas. The wine continued its aging in stainless steel vats for an additional three months.
