This wine is produced from Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes grown in the Upper Galilee. After fermentation and maceration on its skins, the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months in the bottles.

This wine displays a deep purple color with aromas of dark raspberries. Full bodied with a long and balanced finish.

A good accompaniment to seasoned meat, steaks, winter casseroles and sheep or goat, full fat hard cheeses.
